How to Apply
Admissions
After much thought and prayer, you have decided that Christian education is the best path for your child to take to live fully for God. Rejoice! We could not agree with you more! Here is more information about the steps to take to enroll your child and become part of the SCS Community. Please contact office@sussexchristianschool.org and they will provide the following application forms to you.

1. Application
Submit the following:

2. Interview
To be scheduled following the completion of the application forms:
An interview with the Admissions Committee will be scheduled. The Admissions Committee, comprised of two School Board members and the Administrator, will conduct this interview at our school. It is recommended that both parents or guardians attend along with any child who is entering 5th through 8th grade. Students entering grades Preschool through 4th grade are not required to attend but may do so if the parents wish them to do so.
Upon completion of the interview, the Admissions Committee will review your application for approval with the full School Board at its next scheduled Board meeting. The Administrator will then contact you with their decision.
3. Enrollment Forms
Upon acceptance, the following forms will be provided for submission:
Request for Release of Student Records
Non-Public School Transportation Form

Individual Pupil Request for Loan of Textbooks
* Student Physical Exam must be current (no more than 11 months prior to start date of school). If your child is entering grades 5 through 8 and will be participating in our sports program, the NJ Sports Physical should be completed in place of the Student Physical Exam.
