Sussex Christian School - Tuition Credit Program

The Volunteer Tuition Credit Program was established to encourage school families to volunteer for various activities or committees to help the school run more efficiently while at the same time allowing them to earn credit towards their tuition.

Guidelines:

1.	Tuition Credits will be earned at a rate of $10 per hour. A maximum credit of 30
	credit hours ($300) can be earned per year and deducted from a family�s tuition.
	Additional volunteer time is encouraged to support the school, but credits cannot
	be earned beyond 30 hours.
2.	Volunteer credits can be earned by participating in the following activities. Other
	activities may qualify but required board approval in advance.

Fall Festival
School Lunch Program
Library
Nurse's Aide
Bus Duty
Coaching Sports
Junior Olympics
Yearbook
Workdays - Ground Improvement Days
Committees

3. Participants must submit a completed Volunteer Tuition Credit Form to the school
office in order for the credits to be validated.

4.	Volunteer tuition credits are not transferable.
5.	Cash refunds will not be issued. Only if tuition is paid in full at the beginning of
	the school year can credits be carried over to the next school year, but only
	with the prior approval of the Assistant Treasurer.
6.	Credits can be submitted as they are earned. Credits should be deducted from
	the family�s last tuition payment of the school year.
